Pinkiu is the common form of the Maneris. It is a seal/rabbit inspired species.
This VRChat avatar is very simple, hence why it is only $1 USD.

You get three toggles: one for the ears, one for the tail, and one for the collar on/off. The tail and ears have PhysBones. It's compatible with FBT, although there is no leg movement due to it not having legs. It also has blinking and visemes. You have control over your arms, though the arms are controlled with your shoulders because they are so short. This makes it more comfortable to use.

This is a floating avatar, so you will be eye level with other smaller characters.

Works well on both Desktop and VR. PC only, not Quest compatible.
